Overall the product is good, just the main concern is that having to buy an additional state and file fees on top or the original software purchase I am getting close to the point of just hiring an Accountant.

Worked out very well except that it flagged my entry of an overseas pension as an error on my 1099-R form because I did not specify the payers TIN (of course they don't have one) so I deleted the form and filed without it. I then realized my mistake and filed an amended return with my overseas pension declared as "Other Pension Income" and that worked. What the software should have done was recognize that overseas pension income would not have a TIN & suggest entering the income under "Other Pension Income".
Pros: Easy to prepare

The software didn't handle my trust K-1 forms well for Federal or VA state taxes. I'm going to have to file the VA state taxes by mail and hope they can figure it all out. Plus I called the help line and they told me they only handle software issues and that I couldn't get any help on the tax issues itself unless I bought the online version.

Cons: Time consuming
