Easy navigation with very comprehensive step by step questionnaire for each topic, and allows one to navigate to any particular topic at any time. I bought it early to get a head start on taxes, to estimate how much to pay in quarterly taxes for the 4th quarter of 2024 in order to avoid any penalties, and to input my data as I received it from various financial institutions.

Poorly worded interview questions, bad math calcs

Some questiosn were worded leaving questions about how to answer. The help did not clarify.
Software had an error in instructions - tried to report it using the built-in feedback multiple times. Kept getting an error, do not recall exact message. Something about permission denied.
There was another kind of error but no details available: per tax refund of excess payment notification, there was a math error.

I had a good experience with the software. It was easy to use. The only thing is sometimes I had a question about a certain thing and did not seem to find the answer. I tried my best to find the answer, I could not find a way to call and get an answer, but the phone calls I made they would not help me. I thought you could call a number as a owner of the software and get questions answered, but I did not find that to be true. I was left wondering if I did it right and was a little unhappy. I have used the software for 3 years now and each year have had questions that were unanswered.
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
I would recommend this to a friend!
