Feseral return rejected due to a software error. Said the AGI from last year’s return was incorrect. It wasn’t. Checked it several times, rejected several times.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Unable to eFile State Tax Return!

I received the following message when I attempted to eFile my return: "Update Now - You need to update this program before you can e-file." I was puzzled because I did update the program before completing my return the same evening I attempted to file it. I received the same message three times and received three charges against my credit card for my Virginia state tax return, but the return was never filed! I was able to file only my federal return electronically and had to mail my Virginia tax return. I have a screen shot of the message I received and I WANT MY CREDIT CARD CHARGES REFUNDED!!!!!
Cons: Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
