Software was very good. The only issue I found was when I took photos and transferred W-2’s info. All boxes checked but at end of review I had errors and had to manually enter some of the info. Will definitely use next year. I believe I’ve been using this software since 1997.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Fast

There is an error in H&R Block’s Wisconsin form for the 2024 edition.
On the page “Edvest you owned”, the software states:
“Amount you contributed from 2014 to 2022, from line 10 of 2022 Schedule CS”
It is not line 10, it is actually line 13, which is what the 2023 WI form CS says.
2021 form is at https://www.revenue.wi.gov/TaxForms2021/2021-ScheduleCS.pdf
Wisconsin changed the form for 2022:
2022 form is at https://www.revenue.wi.gov/TaxForms2022/2022-ScheduleCS.pdf
2023 form is at https://www.revenue.wi.gov/TaxForms2023/2023-ScheduleCS.pdf

I brought a week ago, I am happy with it, but my daughter's efile got an issue because she has a 6-digtal PIN (Default 5). So she has to mail her tax-return, which is not convenient.

Good for Fed as you can efile, but bad for CA. It won't allow me to efile because of installment sale withholding; now I have to print and mail my return. If there was a way to efile my CA return, this would be a perfect app.
