Have used H&R Block for several years now. The software is easy to use. It easily handles all the tax situations I have thrown at it. Never had a penalty on my federal or state tax returns, because Block always does accuracy checks to make sure everything is correct before filing.

Good functioning software. I would have liked if it had the capability to 'point' and project a little better. Some subjects did note 'common' or 'not common'. After going over my return a few times I think we got it as good as it could get.

I've been using this product for 20+ years. I like it and it works well. Some features that I used and liked in the past are no longer in the product. It's easy to use flow works well, but sometimes it masks what you want to see and makes it harder to go back and figure out an issue or make a change.
