I usually buy this software every year but this year the software was glitchy and even with a phone call I wasn’t able to resolve the problem. It took extra hours to finish my taxes. In the end I was not able to finish my taxes with the software and I had to manually send in my state taxes.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare

Flawed Program with no means of correcting and no.

It kept making mistakes with my RMD of my IRA. After hours trying to figure out what was going on, and why I was being penalized for not taking my RMD during the required time period, which I did, I had to go through the forms and input the information myself. And the. It was impossible to talk to someone to figure out why I was paying. $924 penalty. Been using HR Block for over ten years. Never again. And the Chat Help app is totally useless, besides infuriating. You’ve lost and longtime customer.
