For the last three years running my taxes have been incorrectly derived. This has resulted in over six thousand dollars in taxes and penalties owed. I'll not ever use block for my taxes again.

This product did not calculate my taxes correctly, resulting in having to hire an accountant and filing and extension. Despite completing all boxes as expected, this software did not acknowledge my receipt of stimulus payments and this put me in bad favor with the IRS.

While relatively easy to complete, there is a BIG flaw. The software would NOT let me file my taxes and kept telling me last year's total was wrong. It was not, and I verified with my form AND the IRS. Still, I had to mail in my taxes and, as a result, I'm still waiting on my refund.

I have used H&R Block software for more than a decade. It’s so user friendly. The program walks you through every step. If you need help or further explanation for any fields, help is available online or just a phone call away. I would not even think about using a different software.
