Disappointed the program would not allow me to file 5 e-file federal with the duplex version. It allowed 3 but the 4th would not work.

Pretty straightforward software. Feels very outdated, though. A lot of the automatic integrations such as importing tax information from various sources works about half the time. Had to redo everything because the file I was working off of was improperly saved when the application crashed. Also be prepared to pay more than what you originally paid for to add another state.
Pros: Maximizes refund
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
