I did the Federal return as planned. But then the Kansas software did not work. I was able to itemize on Kansas but it wouldn't bring the figure over to line 4, instead it only gave me the standard deduction. After chatting with the "tax expert" 4 times they would never try to correct the problem with the software. So I had to do the Kansas return with a pencil and copy it.
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Easy to use, well designed, and I come back to it year after year. My only issue was that this year I actually needed the expert tax pro help that’s advertised with Deluxe, and spent a long time figuring out how to get it. HR Blocks main phone number gets you a very unhelpful AI phone agent. Would recommend just calling your local office.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Hard to import documents
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have used HRB for many years. I wish that DeductionPro was accessible as an app or program so we can keep track of donations throughout the year. Turbo has It;s Deductible app that I use. It is great but it would be nice if my tax program provided this to.

I have used taxcut for over 20 years. I started then because a had a small business, and you were the one that supported the forms for it. I shut down the business 8 years ago, but continue to use taxcut.
