My taxes aren’t very complicated. With that said HRB has never failed me. Been using their software for decades. My only complaint is the cost of doing a state. At the very least cut the cost.

Doesn’t seem to be able to download previous years tax software that are already paid for in those years without additional charge. I hard drive failed that I had my 2020 return on and the software! Had to pay full price to replace the software!

Happy with the software and the reasonable price compared to competitor. I would like to see easier support for married filing separately when dealing with stock transactions being able to split them 50-50 on gains and losses without manual adjustment entry required for each trade.
