I've been using H&R Block software for many years. This year however I discovered that it could not handle investments in qualified opportunity zone funds, so I had to use a combination of software and manually prepared forms to file my return by mail. I am disappointed that H&R Block software was not designed to handle such an investment.
Cons: Hard to prepare
