I will not be using this program ever again or recommending it to anyone. Especially since you are limiting how many e-files are allowed, you used to let us e-file as many as we wanted and gave 5 for free, now can only e-file 5 total...so never using you again.

Long time user. Stil mostly still a good program, but can't believe it did not support import from Charles Schwab. Will switch to TurboTax for next year.
Why does Public Name require four letters?
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Hard to import documents

Have used program for about 10 years and it has met almost all of my needs. I have an oil+gas royalty trust that gives it some hiccups, but am able to put together complete federal returns that have never been audited.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund
Cons: Time consuming

While I have used H&R Block software for over 10 years I was not pleased with the fact that I could not import my Charles Schwab financial data until well into March. I have always been an early filer and this caused me much disappointment and inconvenience.

This is nearly the same software they were selling 10 years ago. It’s fine, but they have made few improvements over the years. Navigation is the worst. You can know sections exist, but have to search forever to find where they are by manually clicking through each section. Gave it 2 stars because it is cheaper than TurboTax
