Doesn’t handle some investments well. Lots of problems connecting with my broker this year until just days before the deadline. Been using this for years, but several issues this year. Will be doing a comparison before purchasing again.
Cons: Hard to import documents

No support. There was a problem with the software. I was ready file in Feb but couldn’t file the state return. Customer service kept telling me the next release would fix this. It never did. After the last release they said that I needed to print the return and mail it. I want my money back but there is no one to talk to. You clearly don’t care so I’m done.

Some things are missed on Federal and state. As a senior the long isn't filled out. But charitable donations are allowed up to a certain amount. They don't make that known, Year to year insurance for state is not carried over. since people don't change insurance, especially medicare, it should be automatic. It doesn't pick up previous years' data when filling electronically.
