Most everything goes smoothly until you have to get to the middle of something. Trying to get back is somewhat difficult. Also Deduction Pro is hard to use. Wish all the options could be expanded as one so you could print out a list to use during the year.

This IP PIN issue has to be fixed. For two years now I have not been able to eFile. The IRS gives you a 6 number code and HR Block only allows 5 numbers. Complete failure.
