Transmits only part of return and you can't resend

2 years in row,, transmission was incomplete and had to resend with addendum delaying refund
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to import documents

I have used H&R Block software to do my taxes for many years and I have always given 5 stars. But this year even though my state tax return seemed to be properly done and audited by the software, I had to pay an additional small amount, because they found an error.
