This product is incomplete it will not do local taxes and additionally for some reason some errors cannot be cleared and I don't even know how these errors were caused but I was unable to clear those errors I mean the thing is thinking that enter unreported tips could not clear it also it would not let me clear an issue with not having any insurance
Cons: Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I used Turbo Tax for many years and I got tired of the constant upsell. My view is that I bought and paid for the software I wanted and didn't want to be pushed repeatedly to buy an upgrade. I notice that HR Block has added some upsell screens and I hope I don't have to find another software. Generally I find the HR BLOCK software easy to use. This year I had a frustrating experience as the federal filing was rejected multiple times even though the pre-filled prior year AGI was correct. I gave up and started printing the return to file by mail. As the 40+ pages were printing, I came across an online post that entering 0 for the prior year AGI often cured this problem. I tried that and it worked. It would have been very helpful if the software suggested that after a couple of rejections.

I switched to H&R Block a few years ago and very glad I did Perfect, No but pretty close Easy to use and accurate

I have used H&R Block for many years. I am happy with the software for its user-friendly interface and its accuracy. I have never had any problems with e-filing my returns and have never received a letter of correction from the IRS.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Easy to use. Confusing items are explained pretty well. I only had to look up a few items. I file an itemized return. I’ve been using for a few years so I appreciate items that auto populate from previous year. A little expensive but cheaper than a tax preparer.
