I would go up to 5 stars if you would expand the file formats you accept from financial institutions. Mine use CSV so I have to enter everything manually which has the potential of errors.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Fast
Cons: Hard to import documents

I have been using H&R Block Deluxe for a number of years without any issues whatsoever. Easy to use and accurate. Frequently updated as necessary. Relatively good value except for state e-filing cost and limit to one included state e-filing.

I have been using H&R Block tax software for many years and I trust it. I have never had an issue and have always received my maximum refund. The software is comprehensive and actually reminds me of possible deductions that I sometimes overlook. It's very affordable and allows me to complete my and my family members tax returns on my schedule. If there is a better tax preparation software for the do it yourself individual like me, I have not seen it. I have no complaints.
