I have been a longtime fan of this product - used it for over a decade with no problems: until Tax Years 2020 AND 2021. I thought the IRS had a problem in 2020. Working thru my Congressman's Office with the IRS, I discovered it was an H&R Block issue. And H&R didn't even correct the issue in time for the 2021 IRS filing. Same problem, still uncorrected. If this were a car, all the software would have been recalled and compensation paid. I will never use an H&R Block product again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Getting to be more expensive but still a good product. Wish that when you buy the deluxe it would include a "free" state filing instead of charging extra for that.
