There were some significant glitches this year with sending and with checking status. A couple of returns submitted for family members were rejected by the IRS multiple times before they were accepted without making any changes. I don't know if the problem was with the software or with the IRS but nobody seemed to care when I reported it. I have been using this software for years, so it is easiest for me to use but I am considering switching next year. There are glitches every year and there seems to be a lot of updates, even after I have submitted my return, and there is no indication what the changes so I have no idea if it would have had any impact on my return. It is pretty straightforward to use though. Overall, it is OK.

I’ve used this software for several years but this year I had a lot of trouble getting it to transfer the saved the past returns that I had on my computer and I had a lot of trouble getting it to finally send off to the IRS.
Cons: Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
