This year's software didn't fully explain about how to account for stimulus money. It led me to make a $1400 mistake.

Works ok. After completing all my entries, The final step for electronically sending the form did not display. I thought I was done. Days before the deadline I had not received my refund. I went back into the program. It still said status pending. Then the final sceen appeared, and I clicked and quickly received an email confirmation.

I've used this software for several years. It is user friendly and informative about different deductions and tax issues. It is much less expensive than a walk in tax preparation office. I would recommend this product.

I had many difficulties downloading the applications and program that it became very frustrating. I used 3 different computers before I could get it to work. Never had this problem with a CD and online help was not very beneficial. I don't think I'll be using it any longer

Tax program is extremely easy to use, however I have been unable to e-file for the the past 2 years. The support while I was trying to e-file was very poor. I was very disappointed with the lack of support.
