I believe it could be a little simpler and intutive especially in the areas where it reviews the tax form before it allows you to file.
Pros: Easy to prepare

For the most part the software performed as expected. I was quite confused with filling out part of the foreign tax credit, but did get some help on the phone which helped me through that part.
It is still less expensive than several competitors and does a good job.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming

I have used this program for years it is good but not always easy for inexperienced users. I wanted to fix an error I made with IRA contribution but changing the information didn’t change the calculation. I had to find the form and delete it to get the program to calculate correctly.
