The interface feels old. It is. State taxes are overpriced (I've never bought them). Although I've used Block for many years, I will shop around next year.
Pros: Maximizes refund
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents

The explanations are often inadequate. I had a major casualty loss and received no explanation as to why I was only getting a fraction of the standard deduction. I had to consult a tax expert. I may be giving Turbo Tax a chance next year.

You have a glitch in your software for the Minnesota Real Estate Refund. It seems to be corrected now, but when I printed it out to use when filing for it online, there was an error in adding back non taxable income. It really screwed up so had to apply twice.
Pros: Fast
Cons: Hard to prepare
