I have used Block software for the past decade and find it easy to navigate.
One problem I have is that when I imported financial records from other institutions, I had to examine more than 40 separate entries for accuracy and avoid duplication. That added a great deal of time to the process.
Perhaps Block should consider shelving that option until accurate information can be guaranteed.

I'm a long-term user of the software on a Mac. For the first time this year the downloaded software "lost" my pre-purchased State installation & tried to charge me for it (again). Chat & phone support got around this by sending a new download but I had to switch to a back-up computer to complete my filing because there was no "uninstall" that would remove all previously installed files. Overall satisfied, but frustrating experience.

I always use H&R Block but was somewhat disappointed this time. I was unable to print it this year because it was all in large print. I worked with it quite a bit trying to get it to fit on 8X11 paper and be no more than 12pt font. Since I sent it via Internet I finally gave up. I work with computer programs quite often, but didn't feel like putting anymore time in it to make it work. Very frustrating.
