Pretty easy to use and very cost competitive. I do wish that the GUI was easier to navigate and that seeing your return was easier but other than that it is a good solid product

Pretty easy to use and import data from previous year's return. Cost is not excessive. Would like a physical CD instead of just uploading from internet in case of computer crash. State filing should be free since most users do not utilize all 5 free federal filings.
