As usual H&R product worked as good as always. Only complaint (as always) is the separate charge for the state E-file despite 5 free E-files for the Federal.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

Terrible. I kept getting a message telling me to install a software update, over and over again. The software would not let me transmit my returns. Finally, about an hour to trying, it displayed a message saying there was not enough room on my computer to install the update.
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have been using H&R Block tax software for many, many years. I don't think there's a better endorsement than that. It downloaded and worked flawlessly and quickly on my old laptop running an older version of Windows, and I really appreciate that.
