Had problems on how to enter capital gains as you couldn’t enter them on 8949.
Called for help, person wasn’t sure where to enter, but figured out that I needed to enter on 1099-B
Otherwise not to difficult to prepare return. Give it 8.5 on scale 10

Product is fairly easy to use. The opening section on income, however, doesn't include any reference to pensions, social security, etc., so I was left wondering if I was going to add them separately. I proceeded through that section and eventually those topics came up, so it wasn't a problem after all. It just confused me a bit as I got started.
