Overall, the program worked as advertised. I had 2 issues. Importing 1099s and resolving a verification on my Federal return. I imported 1099s that showed up 3 times for the same account. I had to delete 2 of them and then do a complete line by line review to make sure everything was properly accounted for. I also had a verification on Form 8606 that I queried your chat help that didn't help. I found the answer at the IRS website.
I had no issues with the state return.

Come on people. The print function for state taxes needs to be properly paginated.
For Kansas, I got 5 pages full with 5 more pages each with about 1/2-inch of text. I know you can shrink pages to paper size. For years this has been a continuing problem. Please fix this.

I've been using this product for years ever since turbotax didn't allow it on multiple machines. My only complaint is you need to get ai involved in your help screen. I used grok to answer some questions after not getting the answer from the help screen. For normal tax filing, the product met my expectations.
