The surprise 2.5% fee for pating taxes with a cc ruined the experience for me.

Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming

I switched from another tax package when they forced me to create an account and stored my information on their servers - what a fiasco that was! This software worked fine, but I did miss a few features. One in particular where each section was summarized as I filled out the questionnaire so that I could see the numbers as I went along. I nearly missed a double entry because of this. Otherwise, the software worked fine. I was able to file and finish everything in a short order. It seems weird that a package that includes the Federal and one State would then charge you to file the state taxes.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have used a different on line tax service for a decade. This year the program was pure junk. My aunt called to tell me could not use her. Program. It took me a month and many called for the company was able to send my completed form. I do my mother's tax on H&R. Super results. Easy and accurate. I have changed to your co.pany.
