It would be 5 stars but when filing online if you have used the IdMe government program it'll only accept their 6 digit number for verification. The 5 digit random number is not accepted. Only after having the return rejected you have to use the possible fraud link to allow reentry. Seems this should be an available option on the first pass.
Pros: Fast
Cons: Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Switched several years ago from Turbo tax, while similar, H & R Block is easier to use and a bit more comprehensive.
One drawback was the section on minimum withdrawals from an IRA. It was confusing to me.
