This product is not up to the quality of previous years. We received a letter from the IRS saying the the return was incorrect. We are very disappointed.

I have been using H&R Block software for several years now and I would recommend it to anyone especially for small business. I walks you through filing while letting you see the IRS forms in real time. I love this because H&R Blocks speaks plain language to all questions you may have on the IRS forms. Well worth it.

This software is the perfect substitute for Mac users whose OS is no longer supported by TurboTax. I’ve used this software for 2 years and it is just as user-friendly for me as TurboTax used to be.

Used to be pretty good, not so much with State AZ

Been using for over 20 years, before it was H&R, but might use a different program because for over 2 years they have not included the AZ state forms I need for charitable deductions. This means no electronic filing for state. The forms are not much different from other included forms.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to import documents
