All kinds of data entry issues. So much so that I ended up not even using the state program and filed that online. After many years, will look for another tax software next year.

There were many software issues this year. Not only for myself but for person I help due her taxes. I am expecting an IRS letter saying I didn't report $13,000 withdrwal from 401K because your software would not let me enter it. I will be using TurboTax from now on.

I sent my tax return electronically after it was checked by HR Block and I received a notice from the IRS because there was an error. I thought that my return qas suppose to be checked by HR Block before they approve it to be sent.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund
