Purchased on-line in January 2025, downloaded with no problems. Last year's info automatically transferred to the 2024 1040 and downloaded most of the info I needed from various institutions. Very easy to complete, check for errors and file.

I had, for the first time, imported information from my financial advisor but it was not complete within the return being prepared. Also, the fee for e filing the state return is ridiculous and why I will be ending my use of your service.
Cons: Time consuming
