Downloaded financial info without too much bother. Calculated taxes accurately by all appearances. Wanted to charge for e-filing State taxes...my main annoyance with the software. Second annoyance it frequent attempts to up-sale software.
Bottom line: did a good job on what I bought the software for, lost a point for trying to sell me more stuff.

Our return was submitted and promptly rejected. It was because of one of us didn't have a AGI or there was something wrong with last years pin. The one of us doesn't have an agi since we file as Married filing jointly

Great program for fed return, State program is a real time saver but nowhere near as comprehensive as the fed program. 2 recommended area for improvement:
* Review Warning said "To be deductible in 2024, taxes must have been paid in 2024." This is incorrect. IRS 1040=ES schedule of estimated tax payments requires a January payment.
* OPM 1099-R Box 7 says "7-NONDISABILITY". H&R program box 7 selection 7 says "NORMAL DISTRIBUTION"
