I am very pleased with H & R Block 2024 Software.
It’s easy to navigate and populates some of our info from last year.
I did have trouble reaching a tax pro; reached several tax helpers, but could not get the answers. I went to Just Answer for the answer!

Was a bit frustrating. I did not download it immediately so had a difficult time getting a code. After repeated tries; I was informed that I had too many attempts. State tax was supposed to be included, but I was charged extra for that.
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I had an issue and the access to your chat brought me to soneone who could step me thru how I could reverse the form that appeared. I had called and was misdirected to a helpless person. I will not be using this product but will go to a tax preparer next year.
