I have used this software for many years, dating back to the old "TaxCut" days. I generally have a very positive experience with the program, and no issues, but this year was different. Upon my initial download, it wanted to download an update. This is normal in my experience. However, it downloaded the update and then wouldn't bring up any windows. I had to restart it about a dozen times, including a few force-quits, to get it to successfully update and come up and let me enter my taxes. Then, a few days later when I was ready to submit my return, it insisted on another update before it could transmit my efile. Again, I had to start and quit and force-quit the program over and over without it being able to successfully apply the update. I eventually had to go back to the original download link and download a new copy--which apparently was the latest version because it didn't have to take an update. Fortunately, I had backed up my .t24 file and was able to pick up where I left off. This year was the worst experience I've ever had with this product.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast
Cons: Time consuming
I would recommend this to a friend!

Mostly everything worked great. But I paid for tax software to import my investment account one of them is with webull. I could not find a why to import webull it was frustrating to have to put it all in manually even though I paid for a service that was supposed to do it.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I've been using tax cut for over a decade, but I wish deluxe had a little bit more for home businesses. It's difficult to find home business items to write off and tax cut. Such as storage costs, shipping costs, selling fees, etc.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund
Cons: Hard to import documents
I would recommend this to a friend!

I've been using H&R Block tax software for about 10 years now. This year's version has been great as always. Despite having to deal with numerous transactions in half a dozen accounts, I was done in a few hours. It's an excellent value, very easy to use, and super accurate. Highly recommended!

Can not use on Windows and Mac both Document Scan input only can support W2 , minor mistake All other tax documents have to manually type in
