I've used Taxcut for over 20 years, and have only been disappointed with a result once. The next year's version had fixed my issue, and I will continue to use Taxcut in the future.

We usually use H&R Block software or go in person, this year there was a glitch with claiming our hybrid vehicle purchase, now we are being reviewed and still haven’t received our refund.
