I don't understand why you didn't provide an entry point for the IRS IP PIN. It's possible I missed it but I looked back and couldn't find it. I initially submitted my return without it and as you know I had to resubmit electronically with it and I thought here we go...so much for easy.

After many years of using software, still appreciate the interactive questionnaire process to move through return preparation. Received quick response that both federal and state accepted. Only suggestion I have is to not charge extra for filing state return, especially if only filing one federal return. Thank you.
