I have been using this tax program many years. This year was my first year taking a RMD from my IRA. I thought I understood the walkthrough for reporting my RMD…. But I trusted the program instead of reading the publication, and probably after some research will have to file an amended return because I paid to much tax.
Cons: Hard to prepare

This year I had trouble with some of the credits. I couldn't put my expenses for a storm that destroyed my fence. And I did received any credit for the taxes that I paid on my house.

I don;' think the software is up to H&R Block standards. The handling of RMD is really messy. The first time I went through it, it hit me with a huge (and incorrect) fine. The chat function is just another search engine. You might do better with Google. I only hope my taxes are correct now. I was still getting warning icons at the end, but it. was "accepted". Sloppy when compared to previous years.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Hard to prepare

have used this product for years. however, it does not seem to import prior year info like it used to. And there is no longer a CD offered if you need to load prior year taxes when you get a new computer.

Currently the software has a fixed viewable frame size even full screen. If user increase the font size, it will display less content in this fixed frame. Please allow user to change the frame size and increase the font size. It is better for my old eyes. thanks
