Wasted money

I bought it yesterday and had terrible time getting started. Lost all my twice. Had to mail it in the program would not let me e-file.
Cons: Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I was disappointed that I wasn’t able to attach a K-1 to my state filing and therefore couldn’t e-file using your software. That should be a feature of the Deluxe version. Also a download of a 1099 creates many errors so we had to manually input. Otherwise the program worked well for us.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Hard to import documents

I have been using that software for a decade. I am happy with it in 90%, except for the clicking buttons (back, next) and the review form, which does not accept override.
