The product version did not include one state return. I did not realize and was not happy about that since, in the past a state return was included without additional purchase fee.

I have used HR Block software (Federal and my State) for years so my data is brought forward year to year. I expected the State software to behave similarly to the Federal. The Federal return reminded my of a capital loss carryover from prior year, but the State form did not. I only discovered this inconsistency in the State software at the last minute when comparing 2023 to 2024 return manually.
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund
