I have been using your tax software for 20 years, and this year I encountered a bug. The problem is all over the internet and has been for at least two years. Why on earth haven't you fixed it? The problem is with form 5695, box 17e, which has to be checked as Yes in order to eFile with your software. This makes no sense at all. Get your act together.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Have been using HR Block tax programs for many years. It's easier to fill in the blanks now, than early on. Would like to print out specific schedules for my own records. And then, would be nice to see how numbers are transferred to the 1040. As is, sometimes I don't know how the program created the summary to go on the 1040 form.

Difficult in many ways

I've been using your software since the beginning when you used to send me the software on disk. This year was the worst. Why can't you just point me to the correct missing data or even work me that salary is incorrect. And if rejected because no zip code why can't the program look for zip code of a city. And an error message when you are filling wrong city or state based on w2 name and address that's already roped in. It's also ridiculous that you have to put last year's adjusted income when you have that information for at least the last 20 years that I've been using your software. What a confusing experience. Ugh
