I have used your program for numerous years and last year there was an error with the program resulting in a n additional refund which was a program generated error.
Also to make the program easier for older people to use, a larger font could be used through out the software.

IMPROVEMENT SUGGESTIONS:
1. Needs more financial institutions on the list to upload documents so that time-consuming, by-hand uploading can be eliminated.
2. There *must* be an option to enlarge the text size! The small text is hard to read, especially when the accurate inputting of info is so crucial.

Solid software. Like the free electronic federal year and the fact the the state electronic filing price hasn't changed on years. This year we'll be doing RMDs and I was looking around for how to handle a QCD when you take a RMD, but didn't see anything, (since the financial institution when you complete an RMD doesn't automatically take it out of taxable amount on your 1099) but didn't find anything.....guess we'll need to battle that next year when we file.

I got this program again this year, and no specific complaints. eFiled Federal and State (Virginia) together, without issue. Got my federal refund, but Virginia sent me a letter (on paper) asking to verify my submission. I do not know if the eFile process isnt trusted, or perhaps someone else is trying my SSN, but it was concerning to me that I needed to justify my eFiling.
Also, still hate the "Schedule C" interview. It should look more like the Form, and the interview should follow that. Every year, its the same, yet its still hard to remember each category. (such as household expense categories)
Couldn't the monetary donations be all on one page? the "go to next page" is horrid.
