It didn't cover my deductions and I had to go back. It also would not let me calculate next year's tax payments since my husband retired. It would only ask questions for self employment. I've used HR for a very long time. This year was awful!
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I cannot efile because no one can tell me my spouse’s 5 digit pin, and usually worked until a couple of years ago ,and I had to go in person to their office. Now I keep getting rejected by IRS, saying spouses pin does not match. Gonna change direction next year.

I have used H&R Block tax software for 15 years. Importing last year's data is a great convenience. I am familiar with the interview questions which also makes the process easier. Most of my investment data comes from 1 source. These are things that make the whole process easy.
