Would give it a much higher rating but have mineral rights only lease that I get small rental payments for but own none of the land. Your software is woefully deficient in any help or acknowledgement of such a rent and questionnaires make no sense either under rent or royalties sections.
Cons: Time consuming

Been using H & R Block software for taxes for a number of years. It has always seemed to be informative and easy to use, the questions are straight forward. My favorite feature is the roll over from the previous year and I don't have to re-enter so many figures from the previous year.
