Very easy to go through, it checks every little deduction you could possibly get and it submitted the federal taxes for you for free. I have used H&R BLOCK software for years. I even got my sister-in-law to use it and she is a first time do it your seller tax person and she went through it with ease.

Major problem when you can't generate a simple attachment resulting in requiring a manual tax return. Unacceptable! Also, inability to properly recognize last year's return with IRS resulting in requiring a manual tax return. Unacceptable!
Unable to zoom in on difficult to see forms.
