Only reason I have not tried other software was this was what I used in the past. All was well until several years ago I could not electronically file the state return due to some PDF requirements. I have Adobe, but it would still not let me file electronically.
Pros: Fast
Cons: Hard to prepare

This year it really sucked. When we did the latest update, it just quit functioning properly. It was horrendous. We actually had to finish our taxes with Turbotax.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents

Mostly this program is good and helpful but found that it was lacking in how to handle input of Bond Premiums.
