Have used H&R Block software for years and was pleased with it's ease of use. In the past when I had a question, it was answered quickly and easily. This past month when I ran into a question on what to check on a certain form, I called the Help line and was asked if I had purchased the Pro version. When I told them no, they gave me the IRS help number.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I use this program every year, it’s easy to use, incorporates last years info, if you used same program, I only file federal since we can do state online for free
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents, Fast

The deluxe is cheaper than TurboTax and does more. The last I tried the deluxe years ago it didn’t do publicly traded partnerships. Thus the four stars. It imports from TT just fine

Confusing

when. entering 1099-R for IRA and Retirement fund. I was told that I had an over accumulation and owed a penalty. after some searching on the wed I got a solution to this error. Looks like it was a common problem with the software.
