Tax process was easy and helpful but it wouldn't let me print and after hours online with support they offered a refund which hasn't been processed yet and its been weeks.

Software kept flagging data imported from 1099-DIV and 1099-INT forms. No instruction as how to proceed. Ended up having to delete some work sheets to proceed with filing. Income was still recorded after the deletion of the forms. Need more explanation at this point in the process. Other than this issue the software performed as expected.

I have used Block for several years and worked in their office for over 20 and have always been happy with the program until this year. I don't think I will buy again. The format has changed and it is hard to input the business or any thing other than plain return
