Software found an error and told me that IRS does not recognize my SSN as 'valid' although at the beginning the same SSN was entered without problems. After number of attempts i thought i would have to print and mail the returns, fortunately all of a sudden, my SSN retyped the same time and again got accepted and i could file returns.
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund
I would recommend this to a friend!

It turns out that H&R Block software easily imported my tax file from last year and the interface was straight forward and easy to use. Overall, I'm happy with the product.
