I continue to be annoyed with your IT folks. Every year when i attempt to pay for your program with my credit card, your system won’t accept my legal last name of “O’Connor.” I try multiple times. This is frustrating because when using your program I am allowed to properly spell my last name. A simple fix. Most other companies can get it tight…

Your presale advertising said the purchase included access to real assistance agents. I later learned it was not true. I stuck it out this year but will not purchase again. In my opinion, this is no longer exceptional software.
