Your software had a bug with the 1099Bs. After spending hours with customer support, first to convince them there was a problem and then to try and fix it. I had to combine 2 numbers. Hope they don't audit me. I used to prepare taxes for you guys so I do know what I'm talking about.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Been using this since the late 90's. Makes doing taxes easy. Used to do them the old way and had to spend weeks on them just to preserve my sanity.

Software works OK. Seems to capture all the requests, however it missed the AGI tie in with the IRS. Some of that may be IRS problems. HR Block support has definitely deteriorated and I ended up having to resend the state in spite of messages given in the software
Cons: Hard to import documents
