I have used H&R Block software now for multiple years. My only problem has been one state form that has not been added so that I can file state electronically. 352 is the form.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

I would have given this software a higher score if it had been able to upload my 1099 but without that ability, it was an ordeal. The past two years have had the same problem connecting to the financial institution.
Pros: Maximizes refund
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to import documents
